Cauliflower Mushroom Its aroma is very appealing, being a combination of marine, cucumber, and cedar. The clean, meaty taste and crisp texture make it one of the best edible mushrooms. Their flavour is more like enokitake, oyster, or button mushrooms, with a hint of fennel and almond after they are cooked. It doesn't requires a minimum of cooking to bring out their distinctive flavors. It is very good fried or with many curry dishes, and also popular in soups and stews. |
